Originally from California, I have lived in Sweden for nearly a decade. I currently work as a self-employed artist, life coach, and gallery/vintage boutique owner. I love creating art through painting, creating community-building events, and coaching people to connect with their dreams and make them a reality. Working with people from all over the world, my passion is to support people to break through self-imposed limitations and connect with the beauty, meaning and purpose in life.

I am an occupational therapist since 1997. My doctoral studies focused on balance in daily life and the process of making lifestyle changes.
